Clay Date: Philly Room

Let your creativity flow! Learn and create together with your clay-throwing partner in one of Yay Clay's incredible studios.  Bring your partner, friend, co-worker, parent or child to share the Yay Clay! experience.

An instructor will guide you step-by-step to create your first ceramic piece with the option to either work on the pottery wheel or try hand-building.  After making your piece, the studio will dry it so you can add decorations or stamps, attach details like handles, and finally pick from 15 glaze options to finish off your piece.

This experience takes place in Yay Clay's newest studio, The Philly Room, a celebration of all things Philadelphia. The studio features iconic Philly imagery and custom artwork from renowned Philadelphia artists. This is their largest studio, with 18 wheels, 6 unique arcade games, and a SEPTA train seat!
