This special session blends the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra—a guided meditation often called “yogic sleep”—with the powerful vibrations of a therapeutic sound bath. Together, these practices create a deeply restorative and transformative experience for your body, mind, and spirit.
You'll begin with breathwork to prepare your body and mind for rest. Then, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a practice that invites you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where your body deeply relaxes, yet your mind remains aware. As you settle into stillness, a calming sound bath of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments will wash over you, releasing tension, calming your nervous system, and guiding you into a state of profound peace.
