Grab your bestie and enjoy a deeply restful Yoga Nidra meditation, then tap into your creative side with watercolor during this Galantine's Creative Flow at social beings studio.

You’ll begin with guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful meditation that supports nervous system regulation and full-body relaxation, so you can arrive fully present and grounded. From there, transition into a watercolor workshop where you’ll learn a few simple techniques and prompts before creating your own abstract pieces.

All art supplies and mats are provided. Feel free to bring a journal and pen or pencil if you enjoy reflecting or sketching along the way.

No prior yoga or art experience is needed, this space is beginner-friendly and rooted in curiosity, not perfection. Wear something comfortable, come as you are, and give yourself permission to explore.

You’ll leave feeling relaxed, connected, and creatively refreshed—with a few original watercolor pieces to take home.
