While Chef Park was cooking in the Loire Valley in France she was introduced to the French way of dining complete with multiple courses. In this class you will learn how to make sauteed asparagus with almond vinaigrette, herbes de provence roasted chicken with potatoes and green beans and chocolate cake with chantilly cream and fresh berries.
