This class is all about contrast and care.
You’ll begin with 40 minutes of challenging, low-impact power sculpt inspired by Pilates, controlled strength, deep core work, slow burns, and intentional effort. You’ll build heat, focus, and resilience without high impact or rushed movement.
Then, you’ll soften.
You’ll transition into the final 30 minutes: a guided sound bath designed to calm the nervous system, slow the breath, and invite deep rest. You’ll move from effort into ease, from strength into surrender.
You’ll work really hard… and then fully melt.
Bring a journal and a pen to capture whatever surfaces in the quiet.
