Sound Ocean at 3580 is a monthly sound immersion led by Michael Garden, offering a deep auditory and felt experience through gongs and bells. Rooted in mindfulness and stillness, these sessions invite release, alignment, and renewal. Mats, blocks, and blankets are provided; participants are encouraged to bring anything that helps them feel fully comfortable for the 75-minute experience.
