Sunday Sauce & Spirits: Midnight Pasta x Bluecoat Gin & Philadelphia Distilling

Midnight Pasta is teaming up with Bluecoat Gin and Philadelphia Distilling for a brunch-leaning, cocktail-forward dinner party that blends everything we love: handmade pasta, bold flavors, beautiful spirits, and a table full of new friends.

Begin with a welcome cocktail featuring Bluecoat Gin, crafted by Midnight Pasta, alongside seasonal snacks provided by Philadelphia Distilling.

Next, gather around as Natalia leads a pasta demonstration — sharing technique, tradition, and a little story behind the flour.
Then the team from Philadelphia Distilling will guide us through a cocktail demo, breaking down flavor profiles, spirit structure, and how gin really behaves in a glass.

Finally, savor a family-style four-course meal created by Midnight Pasta and led by Executive Chef Chelsea Krier and Natalia.

Expect innovative, seasonal dishes — handmade pasta at the center, surrounded by vibrant sides and thoughtful details. The menu will feel playful but refined. Comforting but elevated.

Throughout the afternoon, three cocktails will be interspersed between courses — each one designed to complement the food and build the experience.

Close with dessert and a pour of Philadelphia Distilling’s Vigo Amaro to finish the meal the right way.
