The Bread Room Culinary Experience: Everyone Hot Pot

Join four-time James Beard Award finalist, pastry chef, and author Natasha Pickowicz for an immersive evening inspired by her newest cookbook, Everyone Hot Pot.

In this collaborative experience, Natasha and The Bread Room team will co-lead a presentation in High Street on the history, mechanics, and joyful ritual of one of the world’s most communal, customizable, and celebratory cooking traditions.

The evening begins with a guided exploration of hot pot’s cultural roots and cooking structure: how broths set the tone, how ingredients interact, and how a meal designed for sharing creates connection. Natasha and The Bread Room team will prepare two distinct broths for guests to choose from, each showcasing different flavor profiles, aromatics, and global influences.

Guests will then be introduced to a curated selection of ingredients for a hands-on demo portion with a shared hot pot.

Following the presentation and tasting demonstrations, the class will enjoy a lively communal feast. Guests will gather to cook, dip, customize, and enjoy their creations family-style, the essence of what Everyone Hot Pot celebrates.
