Throughout the night, savor three sweet wine pairings, each matched with a signature dessert style. Rather than focusing on sweetness alone, this class explores why certain pairings work and how to replicate them confidently at home

This class goes behind the scenes of one of The Bread Room’s signature desserts: Dark Chocolate Mousse. Guests will watch a live demonstration, then plate and decorate their own dessert using professional finishing and presentation techniques, learning skills rarely shared outside a working pastry kitchen.
