We're continuously growing our network of exceptional businesses. You can apply for a business profile here! Before applying, please ensure you review the criteria outlined for what constitutes a Marigold-approved business below. Once you've submitted your business profile application, it will be reviewed by a Marigold team member.

Marigold prioritizes upholding the highest standards within its network of approved businesses. We reserve the right to approve or deny applications. Approved businesses will have access to their Marigold Dashboard, with the ability to list experiences & edit their business profile.

Marigold is an online experience marketplace that supports local businesses by helping them reach our highly engaged, experience-seeking audience. You create the experience—we amplify it, help you sell tickets, and connect you to the community.

Marigold's focus is currently on the Greater Philadelphia area. We plan to showcase more US regions in the future. Stay tuned!

You can find you tickets in your orders tab on your dashboard, or in your email.

If you have tickets through Marigold to an experience which is cancelled, Marigold will automatically refund your purchase in full.

If your tickets are through a 3rd party ticketing platform please contact either that service or the organizer regarding refunds.

Refunds for Marigold-issued tickets will be issued in accordance to the experience's refund policy. Marigold's service fees and third-party processing fees may be deducted from refunds. Contact us to start that process.

If you have attended an experience from a Marigold approved business that didn't meet your expectations, please let us know. We are constantly monitoring our offerings to ensure you get the best experience possible.
